Yes, the key operating words are "for the Indian market"!

Among the offline messages I got -was an interesting solution sent in by Mr Benjamin Curtis /recommending http://catchthebest.com/. You bet we can hear more action soon!AK Menonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06019764664782608401noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-35229085.post-13336059471947369972007-11-15T12:49:00.000+05:302007-11-15T12:49:00.000+05:30another interesting post as always ... you have be...another interesting post as always ... you have beautifully blended and pinpointed the pain points of executive search & the tech issues related to the industry.

As you mentioned a couple of products which are readily available in the market, my opinion using them or say testing them, would be - most of the products available are companies based in US and these specific products have been designed to answer the problems for the US staffing industry which they are forcing on the indian scenario. Apart from 3i's veda recruiter which has been designed for the indian recruitment industry in mind though it lacks a lot of features which have not been addressed.

The recruiter becomes a book keeper as of in library by using similar products (updating the data), diverted from his core activity. My vision for a product which would satisfy the recruitment cycle will be a full proof product which will let the recruiter do his best (Recruiting) rather than diverting his attention to book keeping.

I hope someone somewhere is gearing up with the latest of technologies to help the recruitment fraternity.

Until then Happy Hunting !!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
