It has the emotions and fac...Very nice article...<br /> <br />It has the emotions and facts of<br />- A worthy Senior Executive who has started looking out for a better job and is feeling that he is lost.<br />- Of a good Employer who is looking for such a worthy Senior Executive but is unable to fill a position from 6 months.<br /> <br />The probablity of them meeting is very odd say 5%. Now why the two are not meeting gives all the answers (and Business Case for a Recruiter who will survive)<br />- Senior professionals have just woked hard and their networking is poor<br />- The people who know him well, don't know that such an opening exists in their or other organizations<br />- Internal Recruiters in an organization give the least value-add. Interactive. More valuable than the 'unilateral' modes of the past..advertising ( paid media) and PR (Owned media)<br /><br />The debate isnt whether to use social media or not. Social media cannot substitute for experience and judgment. Good recruiters bring a level of expertise that is currently unmatched by any other tool or approach.
